Bailey Park is considered a neighborhood Park that covers 4.0 acres.  Bailey Park Elementary School sits right across the street to the East.  The playground equipment at the park is used by the school children.  The Grinnell Skate Park is located on the West side of the park.

The 16 foot by 32 foot shelter house can be rented at the following rates:
$20.00 four hour minimum
$5.00 for each additional hour up to a $60.00 per day maximum

Bathrooms are closed Mid-October to Mid-April.
